We buy and renovate properties that need work, but have major profit potential! Because banks and traditional financial institutions don’t lend on properties that need work, private lenders have the opportunity to invest in real estate without having to manage properties, tenants, or toilets. 

The funds are secured by a promissory note or as a joint venture, which provides protection for the private lenders. After we meticulously renovate properties into beautiful single and multi-family housing, we do a cash out refinance and pay back our private lenders.
